Built between 1900 and 1914, Park Güell, comes form a business idea of the industrial entrepreneur Eusebi Güell who wanted to develop a residential area in the surroundings of Barcelona.
Barcelona: Casa Battlò
Casa Battlò was an existing building bought by the industrial Josep Battlò who assigned to Antoni Gaudì the work to renew it. Gaudì's job lasted between 1904 and 1907 ending in the wonderful example of modern architecture inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2005.

Recently it has been enriched of a famous fossil: Ida an important ring in the chain of the human evolution.
Modern art in New York City: Moma (To Do) and Guggenheim
I'm not a lover of modern art and I kept the visit to Moma last and least. What I can say is that fortunatelly I was in time to visit it! It deservs a visit, no doubts! I discovered there on thursady it was for free. A little bit crowded but free. The free antrance day changes during year and you can find details in the official website.
New York City: Rockefeller Center (To Do)

Brussels: Atomium (To Do)
The Atomium was built for the Universla Exposition in 1958.
It is reachable very easily by metro (yellow line, direction Koning Boudewijn-Roi Baudouin, Heysel-Heizel stop).
Padua: Palazzo del Bo (To Do)
In the first years the university of Padua, founded in 1222, was spread on the city. With the students' increase a central building was needed: Palazzo del Bo.
